Vegan Egg Substitutes

Here are a few alternatives you can use in place of an egg
Ground flaxseeds
*1 tbsp flax with 3 tbsp water = 1 egg equivalentÂ
Mix then let sit for a few minutes to thicken

Save brine from tinned chickpeas for use
Purpose to bind and use in whipping
