💡Easy meal idea 💡
All you need to do is whip up a quick pasta sauce which makes for a great opportunity to sneak in a few extra servings of your daily veg 🍝
1️⃣Pop in some onion, garlic, carrots & lentils.
2️⃣Sauté with some crushed tomatoes or purée & add spinach just before turning off heat.
3️⃣Cook up some wholemeal or regular pasta (picture is normal pasta which is absolutely okay to have sometimes, as long as 3/4 of the time you’re opting for whole grain varieties 😊)
▶️Add in some optional extras such as a few cherry tomatoes & basil 🌿
*️⃣Cook up sauce & pasta in a big bulk batch so you’ve got enough to last a few meals throughout the week.
