Golden Satay Tempeh

As easy as:

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp hot water

  • Mix all together until desired consistency, coat tempeh and stir fry them up!


—> Use 300g block of tempeh for 3 serves.

Per 100g serve:


25g protein

16g carbs

18g fat

For those concerned about macros.

--> Goes very well with brown rice.
