
Easy Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes with subtle choc-maple flavours
Top with your favourite fruits, nut butter and a dash of maple syrup
Or go for the classic peanut butter and jam combo

Ingredients:
•1.5 cups buckwheat flour
•1 flax egg ( 1 tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water)
•¼ cup cacao powder
•¼ tsp baking soda
•¼ cup maple syrup
•1.5 cups soy milk
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a scoop of the mixture and cook each side for a few minutes.
