1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed well)
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup natural peanut-butter
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp cinnamon
20g dark chocolate
Preheat oven to approx. 180deg celsius
Blend all ingredients together (except chocolate) in a food processor.
In a bowl, mix in chocolate pieces into cookie mixture.
Divide mixture into small balls and place on lined baking tray.
Pop in oven for approx. 15 minutes, until golden
