Creamy Cinnamon Banana Peanutbutter Oats

This recipe is a perfect way to start the day when those chilly mornings hit.

Serves 2


  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup sultanas/raisins

  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts 

  • 1 large banana, chopped

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 


  1. Place oats, cinnamon, sultanas, milk, 1/2 water, in a pot and cook on low heat until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Add peanutbutter, chopped banana, walnuts and the rest of the water to the pot. Mix well then let simmer on low heat for a few more minutes until creamy.
