Black Bean and Brown Rice Balls
They’re incredibly easy, healthy, and versatile! A great addition to bulk up your meal ✅

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups black beans
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil (fresh can also work)
1 tsp dried parsley (fresh can also work)
1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mash together with a fork.
Divide mixture and roll into balls.
Place in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until browned.
Add them to a loaded bowl with your favourite veggies, throw them in a wrap, or have them as a filling little snack with avocado or salsa.
