Black Bean and Brown Rice Balls

They’re incredibly easy, healthy, and versatile! A great addition to bulk up your meal ✅



  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

  • 2 cups black beans 

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried basil (fresh can also work)

  • 1 tsp dried parsley  (fresh can also work)

  • 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast 



  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mash together with a fork.

  2. Divide mixture and roll into balls.

  3. Place in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until browned.


Add them to a loaded bowl with your favourite veggies, throw them in a wrap, or have them as a filling little snack with avocado or salsa.
