Apple- Cinnamon- Apricot Oats


  • 1 medium apple

  • 5 dried aprict halves chopped

  • 1/2cup - 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2cup-1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 1-2tsbp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp natural almond butter to top


  1. .Place all ingredients (minus almond butter) in a pot over medium heat, cook until desired consistency is reached.

  2. Remove from heat, transfer to bowl & add almond butter on top.

  3. Dig in.
