5 INGREDIENT HEALTHY CHOC RICE CRISPIES

Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice puffs
½ cup dates chopped +hot water
1 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp peanut butter
¼ cup almond milk
Method:
Place dates in a small bowl and add a few tbsp of hot water (just enough to cover), let sit for a few minutes then lightly mash with a fork.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix evenly.
Spread mixture on a sheet of baking paper and place in a container in the fridge/freezer for a few hours (they’ll be slightly softer if in the fridge)
Makes 10
Per serve:
~58 calories
~1g protein
~9.5g carbohydrates
2g fat
