3 Ingredient Almond Oatmeal Cookies

A dense, savoury-like biscuit that isn’t too sweet but is just enough to settle those snacking cravings!




 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oat flour - easily made by placing oats in a food processor

  • 2 mashed banaanas

  • 6 tbsp almond butter

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.

  2. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl -

  3. Mix well with a fork then roll into small balls and place on baking tray.

  4. Place in oven for approx. 15-20 mins or until browned.
