We truly understand the value of structured training programs that are still enjoyable and align with your personal goals. Our training modalities are tailored to suit your current ability, goals and preferences. 

Having multiple years of experience working with diverse clients, Giulia understands that each individual comes from a unique set of experiences, such as their starting point, goals, preferences, challenges, relationship with training/exercise, limitations and so on. Therefore, she is incredibly passionate about meeting the individual where they’re currently at and working together to break down self-imposed barriers while reaching their goals. She understands that exercise/training is different for everyone and supports their journey regardless of whether they are complete beginners or more advanced individuals with specific goals.

Sessions are conducted in person in a well-equipped gym space in Brunswick East.

Remote sessions via zoom and personalised training programs are also available to suit individual needs.
