T's TanTan

Tokyo Station

Narita Airport

This place is incredible! Offering a completely vegan menu, it provides a wide array delicious plant based meals.

If you're after an exquisite bowl of vegan ramen in Japan.. look no further -

this place is an absolute must!

Engine ramen

Engine Ramen offers incredible vegan ramen however there are currently only two vegan options on the menu and a few more for appetisers.

Despite the limited options, both ramen meals are seriously worth a try!

Mr. Farmer

Mr.Farmer offers a wide array of vegan options from breakfast all the way through to dinner, with vegetables playing a prominent feature in most dishes.

Organic mom's kitchen

A cute little place located in the lovely town of Nozawaonsen.

The menu offers a good amount of different vegan options.

The food is quite traditional and tasty, the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful too.

Veggie cafe

A very small little cafe offering a completely vegan western style menu.

I would highly recommend the lasagna!

Sujata vegetarian restaurant

Completely plant based restaurant that offers vegan Japanese and Indian food. The food is inspired by the owners mediation teacher and aims to promote peace through food.

Expect a delicious home- style cooked meal and very friendly staff!

cafe phalam

This cafe serves up an array of vegan meals and baked goods. A great space which also offers soy milk for your coffee.

Haus st. anton

This cosy cafe offers a handful of vegan options.

If you're after a soy latte and vegan cake, they can certainly meet your needs there!

They also make oyaki which is a traditional bun filled with vegetables or local produce - the vegan options are apple and red bean (and coincidentally enough the two most popular flavours)

I would highly recommend trying both!
